Our starting package covers approved small to medium bathrooms with a simple three-fixture layout.
You can choose from Standard, Mid-Range or Premium fixtures and fittings depending on the look and budget you're after. Installation is included as long as your selections stay within the agreed three-fixture scope.

Step 1 -  We take a look
Get in touch and we'll talk through your bathroom, what you'd like to change, and whether it suits the standard renovation service.
Step 2 - Create your bathroom
We'll work through the scope, fixtures, fittings and any extras you'd like included.
Step 3 - Recieve your quote
You'll get a written quote outlining your renovation before work begins.
Step 4 We get to work
Blueprint Builds coordinates the renovation and trusted trades through demolition, installation and finishing.
A standard bathroom renovation generally takes around 3 to 4 weeks, although timing can vary depending on the project and site conditions.

Not at all. Plenty of homeowners start with a rough idea of what's not working in their current bathroom. We'll talk it through together and help you land on a layout and finish that suits your home and budget.

No two bathrooms are quite the same. If yours needs a bigger layout change, extra fixtures or anything else outside the standard package, we'll assess it and put together a tailored quote so you know exactly what's involved before you commit.

In most cases, no. You'll need access to another bathroom in the house while the work is underway, so if you're a one-bathroom household, let us know and we'll talk through what will work best for your family.
